The Sarah wooden house features a large covered side porch with two outdoor blackboards for painting and drawing.
The house is large in size, made of 12mm certified rough pine, with a solid 16mm floor and a gable roof.
The entrance door is large in size, divided in two and with a magnetic closure to prevent the wind from opening the door. The window is double-leaf and has plexiglass which allows you to see outside and is not dangerous for children.
The roof is made of rainproof bituminous felt and is equipped with a nice wind kick. Next to the house, on the side of the house, outside, it is possible to build the included porch, covered with a part with two blackboards for painting and coloring and a small counter for placing flowers and which acts as a side shelter.
The house and porch are supplied in practical pre-assembled panels that allow for easy assembly.

The company will be closed for holidays from AUGUST 8th to AUGUST 29th inclusive.
To ensure the best possible service, we kindly ask you to send your orders by the first weeks of July. Afterwards, delivery before the closure will no longer be guaranteed.
Orders received during the closure period will be regularly recorded but production will resume again from AUGUST 31st, following the order in which they are received.
